Currently, none of the companies within the "TECHNOTORG" group is conducting business with residents of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. The "TECHNOTORG" group of companies has always adhered to and continues to adhere to all the norms of current Ukrainian legislation.
The "TECHNOTORG" group supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, opposes Russian military aggression, and any Belarusian collaboration in this aggression. We actively assisted and continue to assist the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Before the events of February 24, 2022, the group's enterprises actively cooperated with companies - residents of the Republic of Belarus, which was in no way prohibited by the current legislation of Ukraine.
Before February 24, 2022, as part of preparations for the spring agricultural season, the group's enterprises made prepayments for agricultural machinery and spare parts to companies - residents of the Republic of Belarus (which was not prohibited by the current legislation of Ukraine at that time). To avoid losing the paid funds, as expecting their return was in vain, starting from February 24, 2022, all pre-paid machinery and spare parts, which were obtained from Belarusian suppliers, were exported to the territory of Poland. Later, the majority of the mentioned machinery and spare parts were imported into the territory of Ukraine. The customs clearance of the machinery was carried out in full compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine, with the approval of all supervisory bodies that should accompany such operations.
Since February 24, 2022, no payments have been made to the enterprises - residents of the Republic of Belarus or the Russian Federation, and no new contracts have been concluded.
In addition, in 2022, LLC "Technotorg-Don" unilaterally withdrew from the participants of LLC "Torgoviy Dim MTZ-Belarus-Ukraine" (established in 2008 jointly with the "Minsk Tractor Plant," with a 30% share in the statutory capital of the Company, for the implementation of the project for assembling tractors of the "Belarus" trade mark in the territory of Ukraine). This definitively severed any possible ties with residents of the Republic of Belarus.
As far as we know (since the "TECHNOTORG" group of companies is no longer related to the specified enterprise), after a certain period, LLC "Torgoviy Dim MTZ-Belarus-Ukraine" will be liquidated altogether.
Once again, we emphasize that the "TECHNOTORG" group of companies conscientiously complies with all the norms of the current Ukrainian legislation and does not do business with counterparties falling under any restrictions based on the normative-legal acts of Ukraine. Any connections between the enterprises of the "TECHNOTORG" group of companies and the ultimate beneficial owners of the "TECHNOTORG" group with residents of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation are absent.
